The second chapter sheds light on the history of Communist movement in the world, India and Kerala. The third chapter brings out the circumstances under which the communist party emerged in Kerala. The fourth chapter succinctly brings to light the policies and programmes undertaken by the V.S government to uplift the Muslims. The last chapter summaries the major findings of the study.
